I am the founder of Budget Corporate Renewals, Inc. and yes, I am the one who wrote all of the content for this site originally, back in 2001.

One of the greatest risks associated with doing business privately is that you must count on the trustworthiness of those with whom you are working.  One thought never crossed my mind when I established this company: the thought that I would ever betray any customer and unlawfully usurp his corporation! And I certainly never thought this would ever happen to me.  I have acted as the contract officers and director for hundreds of corporations and have always upheld my fiduciary responsibility toward the corporations with which I have been so involved--and I will continue to do so.

For those of you who want the short version of what is a very long story, I suggest you read page 10 of the March 28, 2007 issue of CONTACT newspaper.  If you want to put it all in context and gain a much fuller understanding, you’ll have to study all of the March 14, 2007, March 28, 2007, April 11, 2007 and subsequent issues of CONTACT as they become available.

It hurts me beyond words to see the fruit of my labors usurped and spoiled like this but I am not in a position at this time to block the actions of the usurpers. It is expected that the authorities who have been notified of unlawful actions will act to shut down this hostile takeover and in due course, hopefully, responsible control over BCR can be re-established.

I would like to offer my personal thanks, respect and appreciation to all with whom I have conducted honorable business over the years--along with my regrets for the current, hopefully temporary, state of affairs. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH WHOM YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS.
